Satellite Camp Comes to Brevard County
Many of the Top Athletes in Central Florida came out to showcase their talents for College Coaches at the Florida Tech Satellite Camp. Players in Brevard County had the opportunity to be noticed by Power 5 Schools here in Brevard County while saving $1000 on travel thanks to the FIT Satellite Camp. Ohio State, Texas, Cincinnati, Washington State, and Maryland were some of the Schools in attendance.
Players started off the Camp by paying $35 registration and then proceeding to getting their Height & Weight, and then Camp gear. After checking in players broke down into groups by position and then warmed up before being put through various agility drills. Once players were warmed up the competition heated up with DB’s vs WR’s and RB’s vs LB’s. The Camp was a huge success as players received motivating words from Florida Tech Coach Steve Englehart while forming relationships with Coaches as they begin the start of the Football Season.
Players in attendance that stood out: Cocoa DB Javonn Roberson, Viera DE Miguel Rodriguez, Cocoa DE Mansa Walston, Viera LB Brandon Mays, Cocoa QB Jordan Wojciechowski, Holy Trinity RB KeyShawn Spencer, Cocoa ATH Javian Hawkins, Holy Trinity DB Lino Odenat, Cocoa QB Caziah Holmes, Cocoa ATH Trimarea Charles, and Cocoa ATH Willie Gaines.
